Can the comb be
used on both wet and dry hair and is there any preference?
The HairMax can be used on both dry and damp hair. Individuals with thicker
hair may find it easier to use the device when damp.
Is it true that if you rub a product such as serum into the scalp before
using the comb that this increases the power of the laser?
It will not increase the power of the laser, that is a constant.
He may however see an increased result. We have many users using multiple
treatment modalities with success.
Is it harmful to use shampoo with sulphate whilst using the comb?
It is best to use a high quality shampoo and one without sulphites will
help to ph balance the scalp. It is not critical that the formula is preservative
free but rather very helpful.
The hair is thinning slightly, is this normal when you initially start using
the comb?
This is completely normal in the initial phase. Thin vellus hair must be
expelled to some extent before re-growth can occur. This is very common.
