Formulated specifically for grey and bleached blonde hair, Pure Silver shampoo
adds shine to dull, discoloured, grey and brassy blonde hair. Designed with violet
hues and optical brighteners, it reduces the appearance of yellow discolouration
and gives the hair a dramatically brighter and glossier appearance. It provides
gentle cleansing, balancing the different needs of roots and ends and supplies
vital moisture, leaving hair lustrous and manageable. Contains lavender oils for
a calming fragrance.
Directions:
Apply to your wet hair, lather well with a gentle kneading of your scalp. Rinse
& repeat if necessary. Follow with Pure Silver Conditioner & Scalp Toner. Suitable
for use on colour treated hair
How Pure Silver Works:
Violet hues: The violet hues actually camouflage the yellow hair. If you deposit
a little violet colour over yellow hair or yellow nails, the yellow colour becomes
less visible. %
Optical Brighteners: Works in a very hi-tech way. The Optical Brightener
has a binding affinity to hair fibres (especially when used in conjunction with
cationic conditioning agents which aid deposition). The Optical Brightener fluoresces
an intense blue white colour when in contact with UV light, which camouflages
the yellow tone of the hair. Again, the yellow hair isn't neutralised or bleached,
it is just disguised. Using the product each time you wash your hair will control
this. Pure Silver Shampoo can be compared most to Moisture Balancing Shampoo as
the surfactant systems are similar. Pure Silver penetrates the hair shaft fractionally
more than Moisture Balancing Shampoo. Both the shampoo and the conditioner have
been designed to deliver the violet hues and Optical Brightener as deeply into
the hair shaft (i.e. under the cuticles) as possible and to also deposit them
on the hair surface.
